Drive development and deployment of AI-enabled agent solutions within Emerson’s Ovation Intelligence ecosystem to support diagnostics, automation, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, domain SMEs, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and ensure quality and security of AI agents that improve operator awareness and engineering productivity.
Participate in defining agent use cases, deployment strategies, and coordinate infrastructure requirements including GPU and compute resources.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
1–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization with industrial AI applications.
Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent architectures, distributed systems, cloud/on-prem architectures, and enterprise software development.
Understanding of software development lifecycle including requirements definition, testing, validation, and deployment.
Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, especially large language models and agent architectures with proficiency in C#, Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Experience deploying AI in industrial environments, preferably with Emerson Ovation, DCS/SCADA systems, or power plant operations.
Familiarity with operational technology, cybersecurity for AI solutions, regulated/mission-critical environments, and AI reliability frameworks.
