Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Order Management Systems (OMS) across omnichannel retail and supply chain environments.
Design scalable OMS solutions including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, inventory visibility, returns, and integration with ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, and logistics platforms.
Own solution architecture, stakeholder communications, requirement analysis, process optimization, testing (SIT, UAT), deployment, and mentoring of junior consultants.
8+ years of experience in Order Management Systems implementation and consulting.
Strong functional and technical knowledge in order capture, orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment, returns, and omnichannel retail processes.
Experience with one or more OMS platforms such as IBM Sterling, Manhattan Active Omni, Oracle Order Management Cloud, SAP OMS, or Salesforce OMS.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experienced in solution architecture and business consulting specific to OMS in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain domains.
Proven ability in leading cross-functional projects involving integration of OMS with ERP, WMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms using APIs and middleware.
Comfortable managing stakeholder communications and project governance while driving process improvements and mentoring teams.
