Develop, enhance, and maintain mission-critical embedded platform software as an independent contributor within a sprint team.

Minimum 3+ years experience in Embedded Software Development.
Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming; good knowledge of Linux shell scripting and Python.
Experience with RTOS concepts, multicore/multithreading, hypervisor (VxWorks on PowerPC and ARM), board bring-up, Linux device drivers, BSP, bootloader software.
Experience with embedded development tools (debuggers, JTAG, Lauterbach), software configuration management tools (DOORS, JAMA, SVN, JIRA, GIT).
Experienced in system software concepts including OS, binary executables, debug info, and processor architecture (ARM, PowerPC, IMA).
Capable of working independently and managing cross-border (India-Germany) communication.
Familiarity with avionics domain standards such as ARINC 653, IMA, and DO-178 guideline is a plus but not mandatory.
