Provide Level 3 production support for critical Java microservices and batch/streaming workloads, including major incident triage and root cause analysis.
Support, tune, and troubleshoot Apache Kafka streaming, Spring Boot services, Oracle databases, and Elasticsearch clusters to ensure stability and performance.

Strong background in incident and problem management processes with proven RCA and major incident handling capabilities.
Skilled in collaborating with development teams on release readiness, automation, and observability improvements within agile teams utilizing modern DevOps and cloud-native technologies.
