Own end-to-end technology delivery planning, execution governance, and stakeholder management across multiple teams (product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, vendors, and business).
Drive agile delivery ceremonies and manage delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, defect leakage, release readiness, and production stability in a fast-paced digital transformation setting.
Coordinate release activities including UAT, production deployment planning, hypercare, and prepare leadership updates, governance packs, and escalation notes with clear visibility on risks and progress.
Minimum 6 years of experience in technology or software delivery management, project/program coordination, or IT delivery leadership.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid), release management, QA governance, and production deployment processes.
Experience managing delivery in regulated/compliance-sensitive domains, preferably insurance, BFSI, health-tech, or enterprise platforms.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; effective stakeholder communication and escalation management.
Experienced in managing large-scale agile software delivery with strong ownership and ability to drive cross-functional teams towards predictable outcomes.
Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured, actionable delivery plans with data-driven reporting and governance.
Comfortable thriving in a rapidly evolving, zero-to-one greenfield environment focused on digital health insurance products, requiring collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
