Experience working in complex enterprise application environments integrating ERP systems (cloud and/or on-premises) with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proven ability to identify, recommend, and implement technical integration solutions under SLAs with cross-functional collaboration.
Background includes supporting healthcare supply chain or B2B integration products requiring customer-facing technical support and documentation.
