Own and manage application production support for Azure AKS Kubernetes clusters with a focus on L2/L3 support, incident management, on-call duties, and root cause analysis.
Design, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps across DEV, QA, and PROD environments ensuring deployment reliability and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor), security/quality tools (Wiz CLI, SonarQube), and ITSM tool ServiceNow.
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash and willingness to participate in on-call rotations to support critical healthcare production systems.
Experienced in supporting highly available and production-critical healthcare IT environments with strong understanding of uptime requirements and healthcare system sensitivity.
Skilled in cross-team collaboration with Development, QA, Database, and SRE teams, and capable of troubleshooting complex issues across applications, infrastructure, and databases.
Proficient in automating operational tasks and driving continuous improvement in DevOps practices focusing on reliability, supportability, and operational excellence.
