Experienced in managing and supporting IBM Cloud Classic Infrastructure environments at enterprise scale with strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, and storage.
Familiar with security compliance, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery processes within cloud infrastructure.
Comfortable working as a Level-2 escalation point coordinating with L1, L3, application teams, and vendors for incident and operational problem resolution.
