Own end-to-end project lifecycle management for multiple concurrent fast-moving software projects including scoping, planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
Maintain meticulous project plans, status dashboards, RAID logs, and milestone tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication.
Serve as the single point of accountability coordinating between engineering, product, QA, and client teams, proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers before delays occur.
3–6 years of project/program management experience in software development or technology environment.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or equivalents.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience running sprint ceremonies end-to-end.
Work Location: Pune, India (on-site).
Experienced managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities in dynamic environments, preferably startups or AI/software development firms.
Demonstrates strong organizational instincts with obsessive attention to detail and the ability to build or improve project management systems from scratch.
Comfortable bridging communication across US and India time zones and holding technical conversations with engineering teams.
