Lead and manage delivery of complex multi-region IT infrastructure projects from concept to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance.

Skilled in integrated strategic planning, financial management (budgeting, forecasting), risk and change control, and vendor partner leadership in multicultural, global matrix environments.
Strong capability engaging senior executives with data-driven decision support, executing according to PMO governance, and delivering measurable service improvements (uptime, cost efficiency, reliability).
