Own debugging and resolving complex customer-reported issues related to the Identity product, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Develop and integrate Java and JavaScript-based UI components and REST-based web services as part of the feature team.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Support teams, occasionally communicating directly with customers for L3 support escalations.
Minimum 10+ years professional experience developing enterprise software, preferably in Java/J2EE environment.
Proven experience with Java and JavaScript UI technologies (JSF, ExtJS, AngularJS/Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX).
Experience developing and integrating REST-based web services using XML/JSON.
Experience with SQL databases and application servers (e.g., WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat).
Strong debugging skills with proven ability to handle complex L3 support escalations independently.
Experienced in collaborative problem reproduction and resolution within software development teams.
Familiarity with Identity products and backend protocols such as LDAP and Active Directory is a plus but not mandatory.
