Experienced in supporting datacenter migration and 24/7 operations across multiple geographic locations.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities on complex technical issues in database environments.
Ability to plan and manage changes in pre-production middleware environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including senior management and customers.
