Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
Endpoint troubleshooting experience with Windows and/or MAC operating systems.
Experienced in bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong analytical skills with ability to lead data-driven decisions to enhance employee digital experience.
Familiarity with Digital Experience Management tools, basic technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with automation teams.
