Design, implement, operate, and continuously improve secure, reliable, high-volume managed file transfer platforms (IBM Connect:Direct, IBM DataPower, AWS Transfer Family).
Ensure platform resiliency, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across managed file transfer services including incident response and on-call support.
Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure, security, and external clients to support onboarding, integration, production stability, and lifecycle management activities including automation and modernization.
Minimum 6 years of related experience in managed file transfer platform engineering and operations.
Experience with IBM Connect:Direct (NDM), IBM DataPower (SFTP gateways), and AWS Transfer Family mandatory.
Familiarity with Linux platforms, scripting, automation tools (e.g. Ansible, CI/CD pipelines), and cloud-integrated file transfer patterns required.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; regulatory and compliance experience in a regulated environment essential.
Experienced in supporting mission-critical, high-volume production file transfer platforms with strong troubleshooting and operational skills.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally with application, infrastructure, security teams, and external clients to maintain SLA and support audit/compliance.
Strong focus on automation, platform resiliency, disaster recovery planning, and modernization within regulated financial services technology environments.
