Own end-to-end project tracking, documentation, and compliance for unmanned aerial system programs, ensuring schedule adherence and risk mitigation across engineering, production, SCM, quality, and support functions.
Maintain and enforce aerospace and defence certification standards (DGCA, EASA, DGQA), coordinating with certification authorities and legal teams for techno-legal reviews and IP/license management.
Lead project management process digitization and tools (including PLM systems), generate dashboards and reports for leadership, and manage cross-functional stakeholder communication and operational issue resolution.
6-7 years of project management experience in Aerospace, Defence, or UAV industry with at least one full project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautics, Mechanical, Avionics Engineering or related streams.
Practical knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Jira, SAP, etc., including resource loading and critical path analysis.
Compliance with aerospace standards (ISO / AS9100) and familiarity with defence quality assurance and certification processes.
Experienced in managing complex technical programs with multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in aerospace/defence environment.
Demonstrated track record of delivering at least two full project lifecycles with strong accountability and discipline.
Comfortable working in fast-paced R&D settings handling certification, compliance, legal techno-reviews, and leading PLM or process digitization initiatives.
