Experienced in leading SaaS product deployments for enterprise/business or legal clients with accountability for project success metrics like on-time delivery and user adoption.
Comfortable interfacing at multiple organizational levels, driving cross-team coordination and managing risks and escalations proactively.
Skilled in change management methodologies and managing client relationships to achieve customer satisfaction and business ROI.
