Lead supplier qualification and capability assessment for Surface Treatment and Coatings commodity (STACC) suppliers in India, ensuring quality and compliance.
Design and maintain quality assurance programs, including audits, process controls, and data analysis using SPC tools to support production and project timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Material Science (Master’s acceptable with reduced experience requirement).
Minimum 8 years of experience for Bachelor's degree holders or minimum 6 years for Master’s degree holders.
Hands-on experience with surface treatment processes such as anodizing, contamination control, and material analysis, preferably in semiconductor industry.
Ability to interpret technical drawings (ASME Y14.5) and perform data analysis using SPC tools.
Expertise in anodizing and related sub-processes including masking and quality control of surface treatments.
Experience with failure analysis and problem solving methodologies (e.g., Fishbone, 8D) focused on surface treatment process issues.
Strong project management skills to drive supplier qualifications, continuous improvement initiatives, and meet project quality metrics in a cross-functional/global environment.
