Demonstrated leadership in technical work with ability to translate complex operational processes into technical solutions and drive projects end-to-end.
Experience in complex operational environments involving resource allocation, scheduling, and physical asset optimization, preferably in container terminal or similar logistics domains.
Strong communicator comfortable working independently with stakeholders and mentoring junior colleagues, with system design and architecture skills.
