Evaluate and analyze investment performance for various financial products including performance measurement and attribution analysis.
Manage and validate performance data integrity, produce reports, and communicate results to internal clients under tight deadlines.

1 to 3 years of experience in investment performance analysis or related financial domain.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with performance tools such as Aladdin, Factset, and Morningstar.
Strong capital markets knowledge, especially securities, mutual funds, and forex.
In-office work required minimum three days per week; full-time job with fixed timings (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
Experienced in investment performance measurement and reporting with automation skills (Excel VBA, SQL) and analytical problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce commentary for senior leadership.
Familiarity with industry standards like GIPS and advanced capital market concepts, comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
