6–10 years of experience in application engineering, systems engineering, validation, or technical consulting within Aerospace & Defense or related industries.
Strong technical expertise in automated test and validation systems, including RF test, radar, avionics, embedded systems, communications, or HIL environments.
Customer-facing communication skills and willingness to travel as required.
Experienced in architecting complex system-level solutions and supporting large Aerospace & Defense technical engagements.
Proficient in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including sales, engineering, system integrators, and product teams.
Has prior exposure to modular instrumentation platforms (PXI), automated test frameworks (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, MATLAB), and Aerospace & Defense validation workflows.
