Collaborate across hardware, software, quality, and service teams to deliver and maintain high-quality, reliable embedded solutions.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and identify process efficiency improvements, including utilizing verification techniques such as static and code coverage analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
12+ years of embedded and system-level software development experience.
8+ years of programming experience in C/C++ and proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
Experience with real-time operating systems, microcontrollers, defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla, and software development/debugging tools.
Experienced engineer comfortable working at the system and architectural software levels within regulated environments, preferably medical devices.
Proven leadership capability in mentoring and collaborating across multiple interdisciplinary teams including hardware and quality assurance.
Familiarity with embedded Linux (Yocto), Agile methodologies, and hands-on knowledge of electronics test equipment is advantageous.
