Own the analysis and documentation of business functions and system requirements, including creating detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up) and support Agile practices within the Tribe and ART structure.

Comfortable operating autonomously with self-driven approach while supporting team objectives and promoting continuous improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
