Lead the technical direction and architecture for AI systems and accounting software, including backend and AI platform systems.

Experience with enterprise grade APIs and team leadership is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in building and operating production-grade AI assisted development workflows and LLM powered systems including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
Capable of making autonomous technical decisions in ambiguous, cross-functional environments with a focus on scalable, maintainable architecture.
Comfortable working at a fast-paced startup pace with hands-on leadership and a strong bias toward shipping high quality, scalable solutions.
