Own the onboarding process of FIX clients trading electronically with the firm’s electronic products and manage FIX certifications with Broker firms, ECN, ATS, and Exchanges.
Collaborate closely with account management, development, quality assurance, and support teams to meet aggressive business FIX client onboarding targets.
Maintain the Certification library and ensure data integrity throughout the onboarding workflow.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, or Java.
Knowledge of FIX Protocol and investment banking/capital market domain required.
General working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and exposure to IT domain and programming languages during academics.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment delivering aggressive client onboarding targets in the capital markets domain.
Comfortable interfacing with multiple internal teams and external contacts across ECN, ATS, Exchanges, and Brokers.
Analytical and problem-solving orientation with strong communication skills and customer focus.
