Tier-1 brand, metro location, and mid-level 3–5 years skill set increase applicant density.
Performance testing skills transfer across industries, but PCF and financial services exposure add moderate specialization.
Explicit 3–5 year requirement plus mandatory performance tools, PCF/cloud, and scripting skills raise strictness.

Design, develop, and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies for complex web, API, distributed, and microservices-based enterprise systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and resilience.
Analyze non-functional requirements and use advanced tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) to conduct load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests, identifying bottlenecks and performance issues across legacy and cloud environments.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate cross-functionally for tuning and remediation, and deliver actionable performance reporting and dashboards to support high-confidence releases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing or performance engineering focusing on non-functional testing.
Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner and strong scripting/programming skills in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, performance test design, data validation using SQL, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk.
Experienced engineer adept at handling enterprise-grade performance engineering for both legacy on-premises and cloud-native microservices environments, including Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
Strong analytical problem solver capable of deep diagnostics across application stacks including JVM/runtime, databases, and network layers, able to partner effectively with architects and cross-functional teams.
Practitioner comfortable embedding performance testing within Agile and CI/CD workflows, skilled in automating tests and reporting to deliver measurable improvements in system scalability and release readiness.
