Own and prepare Master Project Plans including system and functional level activities, resource plans, and timelines to ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.
Track project progress via activity charts, identify critical paths and resources, and coordinate composite project ratings with internal and external agencies.
Monitor and escalate discrepancies in budget, cost, quality, and timelines; coordinate with manufacturing teams and stakeholders for issue resolution, risk analysis, and mitigation planning.
5-6 years of work experience in relevant project management or engineering roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) required.
Experience with project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and coordination across teams.
PMI Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing cross-functional project teams and interfacing with multiple stakeholders within manufacturing or engineering environments.
Strong analytic skills with ability to identify critical paths, risks, and mitigation strategies in project timelines.
Comfortable driving process flows and facilitating management reviews to maintain project quality and delivery standards.
