Own end-to-end delivery and success of OEM and vendor integration programs, ensuring achievement of project goals related to customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and timelines.
Act as primary liaison between Tekion, OEMs, dealers, and internal product and engineering teams to define scope, requirements, and integration timelines, removing blockers to meet delivery commitments.
Produce and maintain accurate status reports, manage program risks proactively, and communicate effectively with customer executives and key stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
7+ years of project/program management experience.
Proficiency with software tools including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
Experience driving collaboration with product and engineering teams to define product requirements and deliver integration projects.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in program/project management.
Experience working with OEMs, dealer management systems (DMS), or automotive retail industry preferred.
Strong ability to manage complex integrations involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams with a sales-minded and business value focus.
Capable of leading delivery in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
