Develop and optimize AI software components for Qualcomm NPU and Hexagon DSP processors focusing on neural network kernels/operators to improve latency, power, memory, and throughput.

Experience with kernel optimization, fixed-point computation, quantization, SIMD/vector processing, profiling, benchmarking, debugging, and software-hardware co-optimization for AI accelerators.
Experienced in performance-critical embedded systems focusing on AI software for specialized processors (NPU, DSP).
Strong technical depth in low-level optimization, neural network operators, and runtime system performance tuning.
Able to work cross-functionally with architecture and hardware design teams to influence future AI platform capabilities.
