Lead and coordinate SaaS onboarding projects by defining integration activities and collaborating with customers, partners, and product development teams.
Own technical integration solutions across multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) ensuring high availability and scalable architectures.
Resolve and communicate technical issues in client environments while improving processes, documentation, and delivery experience.
3 to 5 years of application and data integration experience with at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project.
