Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Docker containerization, and automation testing methodologies such as TDD/BDD.
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in relevant software development roles.
Experienced in leading engineering efforts in agile teams with strong coding, design, and mentoring capabilities.
Familiarity with healthcare domain technologies such as HL7, EMR systems, HIPAA, and FHIR is preferred but not mandatory.
Comfortable driving modern software engineering practices and architecture concepts including microservices and event-driven patterns.
