Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
Proficiency in advanced SQL (Athena and BigQuery dialects), Python scripting, and LookML data modeling for Looker.
Experienced in building data infrastructure from limited or immature systems with high autonomy and ownership.
Strong business orientation to link data engineering decisions to stakeholder needs and downstream impact.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, lean environments requiring technical initiative and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
