Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, IT, or related field (e.g., MBA, BE/B.Tech).
Strong healthcare payer domain experience preferred, especially in claims, reimbursement, coding, benefits, provider operations, policy, utilization or medical management.
Preferred certifications include PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or similar project/program management credentials.
Demonstrated expertise managing complex healthcare payer projects involving claims, reimbursement, policy, and operational transformations.
Proficient in structured PMO governance, milestone tracking, RAID management, and crafting executive-level presentations and dashboards.
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a healthcare payer environment to drive consensus and execution.
