Perform functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) of assembled electronic PCBs and troubleshoot at component and circuit level to identify root causes of defects.
Develop, maintain, and execute test procedures, checklists, and support new product introduction (NPI) through test setup and jig validation.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement design-for-test improvements, monitor quality standards compliance, and suggest process improvements to enhance yield and efficiency.
Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in PCB assembly testing or electronics production environment.
Hands-on knowledge of test instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and familiarity with PCB schematics reading, ESD handling, soldering/rework.
Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in relevant electronics testing environment.
Strong expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit testing with practical troubleshooting focus at component and circuitry level.
Experience working cross-functionally with R&D and production teams in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing setup, including involvement in NPI.
Proficient in developing test procedures, calibrating/maintaining test equipment, using automated test equipment or functional test jigs, and driving continuous production process improvements.
