Operate as part of a 24/7 rotational shift team managing operational security including monitoring, incident detection, response, and reporting.
Administer and perform lifecycle management for security tools and technologies (SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.).
Handle escalations, perform security incident handling end-to-end, and identify automation opportunities to support incident response.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
Moderate level experience supporting and troubleshooting security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, SOC/CSIRT operations).
Working knowledge of SIEM or similar security monitoring tools and security architecture concepts.
On-site work required.
Experience working in a shift-based 24/7 operational security environment with exposure to incident handling and escalation processes.
Ability to manage multiple security tools and perform both operational and technical support functions effectively.
Moderate technical proficiency across networking, Linux OS, and enterprise security technologies combined with relevant security and networking certifications.
