Lead medium to large, complex Oracle SAAS/EBS implementation projects impacting regional or global operations, ensuring delivery aligns with Statements of Work and commercial goals.
Manage project governance, risks, issues, escalations, and change management while building and leading cohesive, often remote and global, project teams.
Own and forecast project budgets, communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders, and maintain trusted client relationships including with C-level executives.
Bachelor’s degree.
Project Management certification required (Oracle PM or PMP preferred).
Minimum 7 years’ Oracle SAAS/EBS Project Management experience with end-to-end implementation leadership, including data migration and management of multiple contract types (Fixed Price, T&M).
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office tools; experience managing remote, global teams; client-facing pre-sales experience.
Experienced in managing large-scale Oracle SAAS ERP/HCM projects globally, including multi-pillar implementations and Oracle SAAS Environment plans.
Demonstrates strong commercial management skills balancing delivery with margin growth and contract alignment.
Able to effectively engage and communicate with executive-level stakeholders and manage complex organizational change across diverse industries.
