Lead end-to-end delivery, implementation, and post-launch support of MES applications for discrete manufacturing plants globally under a Build & Run model.
Act as primary liaison among Business, Product, Digital, and OT teams to translate business needs into MES technical solutions, managing Agile delivery and production releases.
Own incident, problem, and request management for MES platforms including SLA compliance, escalations, system health monitoring, and continuous service improvement leveraging AI and automation tools.
9+ years of experience in MES application management within manufacturing environments, specifically discrete manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with MES modules like Production, Quality, Maintenance, OEE, Downtime, Track & Trace.
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management; experience with Access management (UAR/PAR) and Disaster Recovery.

Experienced leader capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams including internal and external resources, coaching and mentoring for MES delivery.

Proven ability to drive operational excellence in global multi-site MES environments, with exposure to Agile ways of working and AI-enabled ITSM tooling.
