Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) solutions, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Drive integration of SAP OTC with related functional areas (GTS, ATTP, Supply Chain) for seamless end-to-end process execution.
Own delivery of SAP OTC projects on time and budget, including Level 3 production support, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
5 to 7 years of experience implementing full cycle SAP Order to Cash projects.
Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and OTC business processes.
Experience in FDA and GxP regulated pharmaceutical environments or validated SAP systems is preferred but not explicitly mandated.
Expertise in SAP OTC processes with cross-functional integration and understanding of related SAP modules (IM, PP, WM, QM, CO, PROC).
Proven ability to manage SAP projects or large components, including stakeholder communication and delivery under SDLC standards.
Experience in regulated environments (FDA, GxP) with exposure to SAP Fiori, BTP/CPI integrations and advanced SAP capabilities (RISE, AI) is a strong plus.
