Design and implement comprehensive test procedures including functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and AI-driven automated testing for assigned applications.
Define and drive long-term group quality strategy aligning with business and IT goals, including continuous improvement initiatives with intelligent automation and Agentic AI frameworks.
Ensure defect reporting, tracking, debugging, and closure, collaborating with project teams and escalating issues as needed to maintain timely deliveries.
Bachelor’s degree required.
5–6 years software testing experience with at least 5 years in automation testing.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Selenium automation tool.
Working knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (preferably Java, Python, Perl, or Typescript).
Experienced in defining and executing test strategies including both manual and advanced AI-driven automated testing approaches.
Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and implement continuous improvements in QA processes and tools, especially using Agentic AI frameworks.
Comfortable integrating AI models into QA workflows to enhance test coverage, accuracy, and speed, preferably with exposure to e-Learning domain or LMS is a plus.
