Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise data platforms using SRE and DevOps practices.
Own platform reliability including SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
Automate infrastructure (IaC), manage CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud costs (FinOps), and collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
3–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform; AWS or Azure experience is a plus.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred), Python, Bash, and SQL.
Experience with monitoring/observability tools, incident management, data governance/security practices, and exposure to Kubernetes/containerization.
Experienced in supporting modern cloud-based data ecosystems focusing on scalability and operational excellence.
Has hands-on expertise in automation, troubleshooting distributed systems, and driving platform reliability at scale.
Comfortable working in 24/7 support/on-call rotations and collaborating with global engineering and analytics teams on AI/ML-driven operational efficiency.
