Provide technical support and root cause analysis for BY Planning solutions during steady state, including incident and request management.

Experience with BY Planning solutions, understanding of workflows and tables (IO, OP, S&OP, FP, SCP, ESP, Demand, Fulfilment), and manufacturing planning suite products required.
Ability to debug and analyze code, preferably with some Java programming skills.
Experienced in hands-on technical support for complex enterprise planning solutions with a focus on problem solving and root cause analysis.
Able to operate effectively within cross-functional teams in product development and cloud service environments.
Comfortable advising and guiding customers on technical and process-related best practices to enhance business workflows and solution configuration.
