Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
Deep functional and technical expertise in IBM Sterling OMS and B2C retail eCommerce systems.
Experience executing end-to-end SDLC in Agile and Waterfall environments for OMS solutions including design, build, deployment, and support.
Ability to lead teams, conduct POCs, and deliver scalable OMS solutions with integration of supply chain, logistics, and omni-channel retail technology.
