4 to 7 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
Strong backend development skills in Node.js with RESTful API experience.
Practical experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI automation tools like Mastra, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Claude, or OpenAI.
Working knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, CloudWatch) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Experienced in full stack development with a focus on backend and AI integration in production environments.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup with ownership-driven mindset and asynchronous communication skills.
Familiar with agentic SDLC practices, AI agent evaluation, and capital markets or financial services domain is a plus.
