Owns and manages the Agile team backlog to prioritize development items based on business value, overseeing backlog refinement, story acceptance, and iteration progress.
Acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and Agile teams to align product development with business vision and end-user needs.
Leads participation in Agile ceremonies including PI planning, reviews, and demonstrations to ensure delivery aligns with expected outcomes and facilitates continuous improvement.
SAFe Product Owner Certification required within 180 days of hire.
Minimum 1 year experience in an Agile environment or 2+ years in a project environment.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Rally.
