Experience or exposure to hardware testing, optical communications, or manufacturing test environments, preferably with knowledge of optical transceiver testing parameters (e.g., TDECQ, ER, BER).
Demonstrated ability to apply supervised and anomaly detection ML algorithms and optimization techniques in practical engineering problems.
Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams involving AI/ML, test, hardware, and manufacturing engineers, with capability to document and present technical findings clearly.
