Manage multiple complex projects within the APAC Equities Business focused on business optimization and process simplification.
Act as the APAC representative in global cross-equity core and strategic projects, coordinating the Asia book of work into the global agenda.
Drive project planning and execution, lead stakeholder communication including executive management, and ensure delivery of business tasks and post-implementation outcomes.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of project management or business analyst experience.
Experience in Asian markets and Equities businesses such as Prime, Derivatives, and Cash.
Experience managing projects in regulatory control environments and proficiency with project documentation, MS Office tools, and process management dashboards.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance in a complex, regulated financial services environment.
Experience with Front to Back Process review and regulatory required control projects within Equities.
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project management practices and openness to integrating AI solutions to enhance project management effectiveness.
