Develop and own Design Verification Plans & Reports (DVP&R) aligned with product requirements, standards, and engineering intent for mechanical products.
Lead design, development, and validation of mechanical test fixtures, rigs, and automated test systems integrating PLC controls and data acquisition systems.
Perform hands-on measurement, data logging, sensor integration, calibration, and lead failure analysis using structured problem-solving methods to validate product performance and reliability.
5+ years of experience in mechanical design, testing, validation, or product assurance roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering.
Proven skills in DVP&R execution, test fixture design, DEWESoft or equivalent data acquisition systems, and PLC-based automated test systems.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Strong mechanical validation and failure analysis expertise with experience in test systems integration and continuous improvement.
Proficient with CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA or equivalent) and skilled in product lifecycle processes such as ECN and BOM management.
Experience supporting risk assessment processes and familiarity with safety, quality, calibration standards relevant to product assurance labs.
