Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash cycle including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Payment Portal.
Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.
Preferred certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP).
Has foundational SaaS configuration knowledge paired with analytical skills for requirement gathering and problem-solving.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and communicating technical and functional insights effectively.
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple implementation phases and maintain thorough documentation for client projects.
