Experienced senior technical leader who integrates AI and observability platforms into SRE workflows for measurable improvements in reliability metrics (MTTD, MTTR, error budgets).
Proven track record managing complex, multi-cloud and hybrid enterprise infrastructure with extensive knowledge of modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, serverless, cloud platforms) and automation.
Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and globally distributed teams, while leading technology transformation efforts and defining strategic reliability initiatives.
