Own end-to-end development for an Agile team, delivering sprint-committed user stories with responsibility for design, coding, testing, and product quality.
Develop and automate business solutions using Java, Python, Go, and related tech stacks including Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with Tech Lead, onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams; independently drive product and pillar-level initiatives.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience working across multiple technology layers including Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and database experience (SQL or PL/SQL).
Experienced working within Agile teams, familiar with SCRUM/KANBAN/SAFe frameworks and collaborative development.
Strong technical problem solver with ability to drive initiatives independently and provide technical support within the team.
Knowledge or experience in US Healthcare domain and product engineering is a plus but not mandatory.
