Manage provisioning, operation, and maintenance of cloud systems on Azure, AWS, or other major platforms.
Support deployment, teardown, and automation of cloud infrastructure components (IaaS & PaaS).
Troubleshoot cloud issues, execute operational runbooks, and work within ITIL/ITSM processes including incident and request management.
1 to 2+ years experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
Degree in science, maths, engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components (e.g., VMs, storage, networking) and scripting/automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash, CLI).
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD concepts, and OS administration on Windows/Linux environments.
Experience working in regulated industries such as Life Sciences is a plus.
Comfortable with operational monitoring tools and ITIL/ITSM frameworks; exposure to ServiceNow is a bonus.
Proactive about learning new cloud platform capabilities and applying automation and security best practices.
